Homeless people are now moving in to subdivisions. No longer do underpasses and bank foyers satisfy their needs. Your front yard will do. What is your plan? How big is your heart when the charity is your front yard? And these homeless people have standards. "Are you going to get this yard cut this week? Its getting pretty high."
